The RMB Group have always been dedicated to provide high standards of training, for its staff and employees in April of 2007, the Managing Director Mr Barry Desmond decided to invest a large sum of money into developing a new purpose vocational training centre.
The new centre offers a unique opportunity for its staff and clients to train to nationally recognised accredited standards.
The centre is very much modelled on a true working environment allowing the opportunity for delegates to experience and practice a number of skills and disciplines rather than simply relying on a theory based programme. The centre is hands on in nature and comprises of a number of pods allowing training of delegates in a number of activities.
Equally our programmes are nationally accredited and therefore, candidates who successfully complete the programme leave with a real qualification that provides tangible value to employers.
In spite of the fact that the centre has only been in operation since April, Birmingham University and Birmingham City Council have already commissioned programmes with the centre.
